During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the warm blankets. the hotel's location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
My experience at this hotel was also marred by a few issues. the bathroom was not cleaned properly when I arrived, and there were no toiletries available.

We had a great experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedsheets and a cozy atmosphere. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently located near all the major attractions and shopping areas. We enjoyed exploring the city and being able to easily access everything we wanted to see and do. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, which was a great start to our day.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. the bathroom could have been cleaner, as there were some stains on the walls and the toilet.
